Overview
A legacy property management website originally built in 2001 using Homepage Builder was fully renewed using WordPress.
Rather than forcing a drastic change, the project focused on modernizing the design while keeping the update workflow familiar for on-site staff, significantly reducing daily management costs and improving usability.
Challenges
- The existing update process was outdated and highly dependent on specific staff members
- The UI was not mobile-friendly and no longer met modern usability standards
- Property information was not connected to the inquiry form, causing user errors and internal rework
- The server environment was over-specified relative to actual usage, resulting in unnecessary monthly costs
- Email and Outlook settings were outdated and fragmented
